Rapid Replacement of Spray Tips:
The original, scientific quick dismantling design makes it possible for rapid and effortless separation of nozzle body and nozzle tip. Spray tip removal is done by hand-no need for fools. All it takes is a quick quarter turn of the wrist to changed tips.

Chemical Resistance & Abrasion Resistance:
Constructed of high intensity, abrasion resistant and chemical resistant fiber-glass-reinforced polypropylene (40%fiber), or PVDF, these nozzles are ideal choice for washing, rinsing and cleaning of phosphate agents, acids, solvent etc. Fiber-glass-reinforced polypropylene (25%fiber), withstands maximum temperature of 82 degree, carton fiber-glass-reinforced polypropylene (40%fiber) withstand maximum temperature of 120degree and PVDF withstands maximum temperature of 148 degree.

Self-alignment of Nozzle Tip:
The nozzle features a self-ramping feature for quick turn-to-look installation, a machined stop for accurate spray alignment, and a seal that remains attached to the spray tip to prevent accidental loss.

Wide Range of Flow Rates:
Inlet connection sizes are available in 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8". An O-ring butadiene nitrile rubber gasket airproofs the nozzle body and the nozzle tip. Sprat tips are available in flat fan spray tip, solid cone spray tip and hollow cone spray tip and provides flat fan spray pattern, solid cone spray pattern and hollow cone spray pattern respectively with wide range of flow rates and spray angles.

Flood Jet Spray Nozzles

Nozzle Descriptions:
Flood Jet Spray Nozzles produce a wide, flat fan jet pattern with uniform distribution and medium impact spray droplets.

They feature a precision-machined deflector surface which provides dependable, accurate control of deflection and spray angle.

The one-piece design resists clogging due to a large, unobstructed flow passage and round orifice.

Flood Jet Spray Nozzles can also be suited to spray air and steam.

Flood Jet Spray Nozzles are also available in the interchangeable tip form, and can be assembled in Uni-jet nozzle.

Spiral Jet Spray Nozzles

Nozzle Descriptions:
The Spiral Jet Spray Nozzles deliver a full cone and hollow spray pattern with spiral spray angles ranging from 60  to 170 degree at 0.7 bar.
The liquid flow rate range form 5.5 liters per minute to 4140 liters per minute at 3 bar.

These compact nozzles permit maximum liquid throughput for a given pipe size, and the free passage design minimizes clogging.

Spiral Jet Spray Nozzles work on the impact principle, by deflection of a water stream onto a spiral profiled surface which provides the desired spray angle.

The spray angle value is maintained even at low pressure and when spraying high viscosity liquids.
These nozzles can be installed on and replaced from most pipe systems.

Available materials are in brass, 316stainless steel and TEFLON for 1/4 to 2 inch inlet connection sizes. Other materials are available in case of application in some special fields.
