Uni Jet Tip

The flat spray tip produces a fan spray of uniform distribution across the entire band width.
Spray tip is of one piece construction. A three part assembly completes the assembly, comprising nozzle body, retaining cap and spray tip. They are to be used in conjunction with uni jet nozzle.

Ceramic Uni Jet Nozzle

United Spray Nozzles are consisted of three-piece parts, connection body, cap and spray tip. when have special requirement, you may select a leak-proof device adding into the inside of nozzle to resist drip.

Flat fan spray and full cone spray patterns can be selected due to different spray tips for your selection.

United Spray Nozzles allow for quick and easy replacement spray tips without the use of tools. Various common nozzles can be made the tips for quick spray tips, including flood jet spay tip, flat jet spray tip, deflection jet spray tip, etc.

The materials are available in type stainless steel or brass. The United Spray Nozzle can be used for cleaning and cooling of equipment.

Spiral Jet Spray Nozzles

Nozzle Descriptions:
The Spiral Jet Spray Nozzles deliver a full cone and hollow spray pattern with spiral spray angles ranging from 60  to 170 degree at 0.7 bar.
The liquid flow rate range form 5.5 liters per minute to 4140 liters per minute at 3 bar.

These compact nozzles permit maximum liquid throughput for a given pipe size, and the free passage design minimizes clogging.

Spiral Jet Spray Nozzles work on the impact principle, by deflection of a water stream onto a spiral profiled surface which provides the desired spray angle.

The spray angle value is maintained even at low pressure and when spraying high viscosity liquids.
These nozzles can be installed on and replaced from most pipe systems.

Available materials are in brass, 316stainless steel and TEFLON for 1/4 to 2 inch inlet connection sizes. Other materials are available in case of application in some special fields.

Fixed Tank Washing Nozzle

Fixed Tank Washing Nozzles can thorough cleaning various dimensions of tanks and vessels. 
With 13 full cone spray nozzles, they offer complete spray coverage of the whole interior surface of the tanks at pressures up to 4bar. 

The Fixed Tank Washing Nozzle assembly features a large flow capacity for cleaning tanks up to 3.1 meters in diameter. 
The flow rates can be changed by using 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch full cone spray nozzle. The nozzle can pass through tank mouth of 130mm of larger in diameter.
