Spray Dry Nozzle
spray dry nozzle consists of stainless steel nozzle body and inlaid hardened stainless stell, alloy or gemstone orifice with a single inlet spiral whirl chamber.
The liquid flowing through the guide vane at high pressure forms a centrifugal hollow chisel with very fine droplet.
Applications are in such industries as food, ceramics, pharmaceutical, chemical products, dyestuff, metallurgy, etc. It resists high temperature wind, thus widely used in spay drying equipments.
