Pressure Air Atomizing Nozzle
The Pressure Type Air Atomizing Nozzles have three spray patterns, i.e."flat fan spray", "round spray" and "wide round spray". Each spray set-up consists of an air cap and fluid cap.
The Air Atomizing Nozzle has two holes, one for air inlet, and one for liquid inlet, it delivers an unique internal design that makes it possible for the liquid and air to mix internally producing a fine or coarse drops atomized spray with 40-100 micron droplet size.
Basically, obtaining fine atomization is done by increasing the air pressure or lowering the liquid pressure, resulting in a high ratio of air flow rate to liquid flow rate.
The Pressue type Air Atomizing Nozzle can be installed a higher distance over 1.5 m than the siphon type ones, so the system must be supplied the liquid pressure of 0.7-4 bar for the Pressure type Air Atomizing Nozzle.
Design Features:
* Material: brass, stainless steel, Plastic
