Clip Eyelet Nozzles simply clip on a pre-drilled pipe and are available with a variety of spray tips, in various spray patterns, flow rates and spray angles.
The Clip Eyelet Nozzles provide various spray tips of hollow cone, full cone and flat fan spray for selection. The spray can be deflected 50degree from the centerline of the nozzle.
The Clip Eyelet Nozzles allows for quick and easy replacement Spray tips without the use of tools. Where quick installation and convenience are required, it's hard to beat the Clip Eyelet nozzles.
You will expand your range of nozzle choices by using threaded balls. Threaded balls are made of glass reinforced polypropylene, with 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT female threads.(BSPT also available)
Different spray patterns can be displayed by using threaded balls, you can select these spray pattern for spray tips, including Flat Spray, full Cone spray, hollow Cone Spray, spiral spray, tank mixing eductors, etc.
Nozzle bases and clips are designed for 1", 11/4", 11/2" and 2" pipe of metal or plastic, and allow for quick mounting and removal of threaded nozzles.
The large swivel base allows 45degree direction control for precise spray coverage.
An o-ring gasket eliminates waste from leakage.
Polypropylene construction resists most acids and caustics. PVDF is also available for most severe environments.
