Nozzle Descriptions:
The Air Atomizing Nozzles have three spray patterns, including "wide angle round spray", "flat fan spray" and "round spray". Each spray set-up consists of an air cap and fluid cap and is available in flat fan spray pattern and round spray pattern over a wide range of flow rates.
Air Atomizing Nozzles deliver an unique internal design that makes it possible for the liquid and air to mix internally producing a fine or coarse drops atomized spray.
Basically, obtaining fine atomization is done by increasing the air pressure or lowering the liquid pressure, resulting in a high ratio of air flow rate to liquid flow rate.
In the vast majority of industrial processes, air atomizing Nozzles are being used, where compressed air supplies the required energy for atomizing the liquid.
They have different features and suitable for a variety of wool praying and moistening, mould lubrication, spraying injection and air disinfecting.
The Air Atomizing Nozzles have two types of adjustable and nonadjustable.
They can produce effective spray by adjusting flow rates without changing air and liquid pressure, thus the nozzles can be used in various environments.

Parts and types of Air Atomizing Nozzle: 


1. Wide Angle Round Spray Pattern: 

For Wide Angle Round Spray Pattern, dimensions of "A", "B", and "C" are the spray pattern widths at distances from the nozzles as shown. The total distance of spray projection from the nozzle to the maximum dispersal point is presented by "D". 


2. Flat fan spray pattern: 
  
For the flat fan spray pattern, dimensions "A", "B", and "C" are the pattern widths at distances from the nozzle as shown. The total distance of spray projection from the nozzle to the maximum dispersal point is represented by "D". 


3. Round spray pattern: 
  
For the round spray pattern, angle "A" is maintained throughout distance "B". Beyond "B", the spray becomes turbulent and will project out to distance "D" as shown.
