5 micron PP Filter

A new porous polypropylene filter for the RELAB 1/8 thread Series nozzle is designed to remove particles as small as 5 microns. This is a substantial improvement over stainless steel mesh filters.

Contaminants such as dirt, burrs and bits of sealing tape can clog nozzles quickly, resulting in frequent cleaning and costly down time. The replaceable polypropylene filter greatly increases surface area so more contaminants are removed upstream of the nozzle. As a result, the frequency with which the nozzles need cleaning is reduced.
